About the event
There will be about a 5 minute walk to the amphitheater from parking lots, we plan to
have a few student volunteers as ushers and directional signage out to make it as easy
as possible to find. This venue is an outdoor amphitheater, there is a grassy lawn area
where the audience can bring blankets for seating, folding/travel chairs will also be
welcome with the understanding that they will need to be set up behind lawn seating with
respect to other guests and viewing abilities. Outdoor restrooms will be available for use.
